Job Description:
As a Private Club Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our club members and their guests.
Job Duties:
- Greeting members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Anticipating and fulfilling members' needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Upholding the club's standards of quality, presentation, and service at all times.
- Assisting with special events and functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment or private club preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings, is desirable.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
