Job Description: Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
