We are seeking a high level leader who can take ownership of an area of the restaurant (front counter, kitchen, or drive thru). This role involves modeling in restaurant operations alongside team members, overseeing systems, and maintaining a team roster through hiring, scheduling, and training. Performance expectations are high and this role is challenging. Competency

  • Possess or obtain ServSafe food safety certification

  • Stand for periods up to 5 hours and lift objects as heavy as 50lbs

You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
