As a Full-Time Systems Administrator at LUVATA in Delaware, Ohio, you will play a vital role in installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft server and PC hardware and software, ensuring seamless operations in our dynamic construction environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing network infrastructure by managing switches, cabling, and other networking equipment, while providing technical support for end-user hardware and software. You will actively monitor data backups, restore files as needed, and enforce security policies to safeguard our computer and information assets. Additionally, you will manage VoIP phones and cloud applications, configure multifunction devices, and troubleshoot mobile devices running on iOS and Android. Collaboration with IT vendors and fellow IT personnel will be crucial, as you document IT systems, manage trouble tickets, and provide exceptional support to ensure a smooth and efficient technological landscape at LUVATA.

Requirements for this Systems Administrator job

To excel as a Full-Time Systems Administrator at LUVATA, a strong foundation in computer science, underscored by a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft server and PC hardware, along with expertise in network hardware configuration and support, will enable you to effectively manage our IT infrastructure. Familiarity with WiFi and cellular wireless device configuration, as well as Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook, is crucial.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and knowledge of Microsoft D365 ERP systems will be advantageous. A solid understanding of virtualization technologies, particularly VMware ESXi and vSphere, alongside IT security best practices, is vital for maintaining a secure environment. Your ability to troubleshoot and maintain servers, computers, and peripherals is key.

Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey technical information clearly to end users and collaborate effectively with both local and international IT team members.
