- Collaboration & Coordination: Work with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather required information and ensure deadlines are met.
- Risk Management: Identify risks in submissions and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyse competitors, and use market insights to improve bidding strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the company's success rate and reputation.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in tender/bid management, business development, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is desirable
