ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Traveling Mechanic - Millwright here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in assisting the rebuild of Honeywell's line sorters. Working closely with the team guide, you will be accountable for removing, replacing, and cleaning hardware on various Honeywell line sorter types.
Your expertise will contribute to the inventory management, staging, and movement of hardware throughout a distribution center to facilitate the rebuild process. Additionally, you will ensure a professional installation appearance through cleanup efforts.
You will be required to work mostly weekends within a constrained timeline, where success is measured by completing the rebuild within customer-provided downtime windows. You will report directly to our team guide and you will reside in any of the lower 48 states in the US. Your time off work will usually fall on mid-week.

COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
The annual base salary range for this position is $54,000-$70,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
