• Hotel Reservations: Manage inquiries and bookings for hotels via phone, email, and our website, ensuring a personalized and efficient reservation process for our clients.
• Accommodation Coordination: Engage closely with clients to grasp their lodging needs and preferences, suggesting hotel options that align with their expectations and budget.
• Hotel Liaison: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with hotels to obtain the best rates and accommodations for our clients.
• Travel Itinerary Planning: Aid in the development of comprehensive travel itineraries, ensuring hotel bookings complement clients’ overall travel agendas and desires.
• Special Requests Fulfillment: Work with hotels to fulfill specific client requests, such as room upgrades, late check-outs, and arrangements for special occasions.
• Accommodation Documentation: Assist clients with understanding the requirements for their stay, including check-in procedures and any necessary booking confirmations.
• Feedback and Service Enhancement: Collect feedback from clients after their stay to evaluate their satisfaction and pinpoint opportunities for improving our service.

Requirements:
