Senior Creative Producer

Job Summary

Working directly with heritage professionals all over the world, Smartify Producers help galleries and museums tell the stories of their sites and collections. As a Senior Creative Producer, you’ll be responsible for leading content projects from pitch to delivery.

Job Description

Whether we’re recording the sounds of goats up in the Scottish Highlands, interviewing world-renowned contemporary artists in Washington DC, mapping sculpture gardens in Greece, or hosting community workshops with young people in East London – the day-to-day of a Smartify producer is far from ordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

• The entire creative content production process from pitching to delivery and launch.
• Managing the strategic relationship between Smartify and the partner for the life of the contract and beyond.
• Actively engaging in identifying opportunities for further innovation and creative development.

• You will be responsible for the complete process of content/experience creation and delivery:
  • Creative workshops
  • Interviews, recordings
  • Script writing
  • Quality Assurance
  • Project management, scheduling, and administration
• You will be responsible for pitching and developing new B2B content projects:
  • Outreach
  • Meetings
  • Presentations
  • Budget-building
  • Proposal writing
• Collaborative working with the content team and product team for set-up specifics.

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record of creative projects in the cultural sector, including writing and production.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating outstanding personal presentation skills at a level that can represent the company.
• Fluent communication in a second language.
• Excellent project management and administration skills.
• An ability to proactively develop and maintain effective and productive internal and external relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to work within a budget – demonstrate an understanding of P&L and financial reporting.
• Highly proactive, with an ability to multitask.
• A strong affinity with the arts, cultural, and/or tourism sectors.
• Willingness to travel to conduct meetings, presentations, reviews, and other interactions with prospective and current Smartify customers.
