Collision Center Estimator

Hyman Brothers Collision is part of the successful and growing Hyman Brothers Automotive group of dealerships in the Richmond area. Hyman Brothers Automotive operates five new car dealerships, a used car store, and one high volume collision repair center. To meet the demand at our Collision Repair Center in Midlothian, we are hiring immediately for a Collision Center Estimator. Responsibilities: Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers. While complying with all Hyman Brothers safety rules, guidelines and company standards Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Estimator experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software is a plus.
• You have an advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures or the willingness to learn.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal.
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and work well as part of a team.
