Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Controller to manage accounting operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and compliance. This key position ensures financial accuracy and supports strategic growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial statements and budgets.
• Oversee general ledger activities and month-end processes.
• Analyze costs, inventory, and profitability to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with production teams to drive cost efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience
