About the Role:

As our Financial Controller, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, blending precision with strategic vision. Your primary responsibility will be managing project costing intricacies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive financial forecasts, offering insights that shape our business trajectory.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Ideal candidates will possess:
• A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience
• CPA/ CMA preferred but not required

Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Experience with AP/AR processes , financial statement preparation , budgeting , and forecasting .

Knowledge of collaborating with external accounting firms for tasks such as:

• Annual financial statement reviews.
• Company and ownership tax returns.
• Retirement plan audits.
