Our software client is looking for a Controller to oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and ensuring financial integrity across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure financial accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and manage tax filings and audits. - Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger. - Develop and manage company budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Enforce internal controls and compliance with financial regulations. - Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a productive environment. - Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and growth planning. - Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and manage banking relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s preferred). - 8+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 5+ years in a senior role. - Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). - Proven leadership and team management skills.
