Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member - Remote | WFH

Remote Position - Prior Experience in Insurance Required

Use a consultative, needs-based approach to educate clients on a range of insurance options that best suit their needs. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with the team to ensure clients are receiving top-notch service and support.
