Finance Manager

A Tier-1 industrial/commercial real estate firm is seeking a Finance Manager to play a key role on their corporate FP&A team. This newly created role will lead financial analysis and financial modeling and help make high impact decisions leveraging data analytics. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this is an incredible opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager looking to build analytics, financial modeling, and performance reporting for a Tier-1 real estate company.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain financial models from the ground up for forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning
• Perform valuation modeling for corporate ventures, acquisitions and dispositions
• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to aid in strategic decision making
• Leverage data analytics software (Alteryx) to streamline financial analysis
• Lead cash forecasting models, including liquidity and cash flow analysis
• Complete ad hoc analysis for our Executive team relating to acquisitions, dispositions, and new ventures
• Create and present performance reporting and construct corporate fair valuation reports

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field. Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of Corporate Financial Analysis experience, including financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and formulas
• Experience with sophisticated data analytics, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
