Finance Manager

Looking for an exceptional  individual to supervise the Finance department of our organization.  The Finance Manager works independently with substanial initiative and discretion to direct, manage, and coordinate the everyday financial and buisiness functions of the financial and accounting processes for the Associaton.  Under the general administeative supervison of the Executive Director, the Finance Manager constructs complex financial statements and reports in order to track trends, monito, and verify all accounts assigned.  This individual will supervise Accounts Manager and Bookkeeper.   Bachelor's degree and practice significant to the function of the position; In-depth expertise of accounting principals, procedures and practices.  This is a full-time, exempt, benefits eligible positon working for not-for-profit orgainzation.  Proficient in computer operations, Spreadsheets, Excel, willing to lgain Association accounting software.  .Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, integrity, sound professional judgment, tact, and maturity to effectively relate to people in order to accomplish Associations' financial goals.
