The Arc Wayne in Newark, NY is seeking a caring , enthusiastic and driven Job Coach to make a difference every day and support people in developing their work skills. In this Job Coach role you will have the opportunity to work with people one on one or in a group in a variety of settings. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and have fun while doing it! You won't spend much time sitting at a desk, and will be working directly with the individual(s). Join participants in the training kitchen to develop cooking skills while creating delicious food or directly at a variety of worksites to teach them how to work in a variety of fields. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help people develop and reach their goals.

Job Coach Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of work experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Must possess a valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency driver standards.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
