Position Overview:  As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our restaurant's success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu execution and food quality to team management and operational excellence. Your passion for culinary arts, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be key to maintaining Neomonde's high standards and ensuring a seamless kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the culinary director to develop and refine menu items that showcase our Mediterranean heritage.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to streamline kitchen operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and a passion for exploring diverse flavors.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to lead by example.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management, ordering processes, and cost control.
