Hiring immediately for Kitchen Manager position here at Provaré in the Chicago West Town area. Need to have multiple years working in a kitchen.

We specialize on our take on Italian/Creole fusion dishes. We make our pasta fresh in house and all of our food is made to order. We produce some amazing dishes for our customer and we are a busy restaurant with multiple awards. We are continuing to grow and we want to bring in the right people that want to contribute. Day in and day out customers speak highly of the food and the great experience they have at Provaré.

Kitchen Managers are the heart of our operations, the culinary experts who maintain top-notch operating conditions in our kitchen. The Kitchen Manager has responsibility for the selection, development and performance management of restaurant employees, optimizing profits and increasing sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost, specs, recipe knowledge, and food preparation.
