Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time with a reduced caseload to allow time for leadership duties.

• Competitive Compensation: $110k–$130k annually

• Opportunities for Growth: Leadership roles, including Director of the Facility, Regional Director, and more as the practice grows.

• Professional Development: Lead group meetings for team growth, attend ongoing education opportunities, and guide professional development initiatives.

• Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside OTs, PTs, and other SLPs in a supportive and dynamic setting.

• Relocation Assistance: Available to help you make the move to the Tracy area.

• Support Initiatives: Work closely with clinic management to support clinical and administrative goals.

Qualifications:

• Active or pending California SLP license

• Ability to work in-person in both Tracy and Stockton, CA

• Proven experience in pediatric therapy (preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Collaborative mindset, ready to guide and grow a team
