This is a direct hire opportunity, and We are seeking for individuals who can start by the end of February for a March opening. Initial training will be conducted at our Kingston location, and prosperous candidates will then transition to the Poughkeepsie location. Shift Manager and Leads Responsibilities: » supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. »Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support. »Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. »Coordinate and delegate tasks to achieve operational excellence. »Address customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure a positive dining practice. »Adhere to company policies and standards, ensuring compliance. »Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations. Shift Manager and Leads General Requirements: »Previous fast-food chain practice is required. »Serv Safe certification is preferred. »Flexibility to work all shifts, including rotating weekends. » capability to be on your feet all over the shift and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
