Brasero, an ambitious South-American inspired restaurant spearheaded by Chef John Manion, is looking for a motivated line cook to join the team! We specialize in seafood driven cuisine cooked over wood fire in an open, hearth style kitchen.
Day to day responsibilites include: station prep, general setup, organization of station and execution of dishes, nightly breakdown, all while upholding standards of cleanliness and efficiency. We pride ourselves on our positive, team-oriented culture. Two years professional experience is preferred but not a deal-breaker, a positive mental attitiude will get you a long way.
