What skills you'll bring / what you'll do:
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests
- Investigate litigation matters by reviewing documents, interviewing witnesses, and searching records
- Coordinate filing of pleadings, motions, briefs, proposals and more
- Summarize testimony from descriptions, hearings, and trails
- Other duties
