TechOp Solutions is seeking a Paralegal with strong communication skills and experience within government legal environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of performing well in a fast-paced setting. They should be skilled in supporting legal teams and working closely with Government clients. The Paralegal will play a key role in analyzing legal needs, developing practical solutions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and Government compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college AND a Paralegal certification (e.g., from NALA, NFPA) OR
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, plus 3 years of work experience. (Paralegal experience is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, research, and writing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
