Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports for management and auditing purposes.
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate and updated employee information is reflected in payroll systems.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
Familiarity with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
