What We're Looking For:

SuperCare Health is seeking a passionate and results-driven recruiter with a proven track record of identifying top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and successfully filling critical positions across our organization. Ideally, you will have a deep understanding of our industry, excellent sourcing skills, and a consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers in our Northern Region to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment

  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition and hiring management team with recruitment duties.
  • Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
  • Communicating with the HR recruiting team.
  • Assisting the hiring management team in screening candidate resumes.
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements upon request.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition with communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Assist with the candidate experience by helping with designing and managing, including but not limited to developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events to capture any potential employment opportunities
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition with updating any job postings via online career search engines such as Craigslist, , LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Industry job boards. .
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System of job openings including temp placements
  • Responsible for attending any and all recruitment meetings to discuss recruitment needs for hiring departments
  • Assists with scheduling candidate interviews for open roles, maintain follow up communication post interview and conduct any pre-interview testing .
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

OnBoarding

  • Assists with submitting & following up on HDT to IT department to request new hire credentials and equipment
  • Assists with initiating and following up on pre-screening link and results sent to new hires (including temps)
  • Assists with communicating to HR leadership & Hiring management team if any candidates pre-screening results show possible disqualifications
  • Assist with maintaining & updating new hire documents needed to enter into payroll system
  • Assists with organizing in person and/or virtual onboarding sessions for new hires to review on boarding presentation
  • Assists with updates onboarding presentation

Branding

  • Assists the HR recruiting team with working with the marketing team to develop and maintain a social media recruiting brand strategy including the posting of job openings to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Assists the HR recruiting team with creating engaging social media posts and encourages team members to share posted openings to broaden the network reach.

Education: Graduate from an accredited High School

  • Graduate from an accredited High School 

Work Experience and or Skills:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Gsuite preferred
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Make best use of work time to complete projects and assignments on schedule.
  • Be a self-starter and manifest a proactive approach to all aspects of responsibility.
  • Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required by management

Physical Effort:

  • Minimum physical requirements are the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
