We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Jr. Recr uiter (FT) to join our client’s HR team. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies while collaborating with managers and supervisors to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.
This is a one-month contract with the potential for extension and includes a hybrid schedule, requiring 1–2 days in the office as needed.
Core Duties:
Collaborate with managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement effective recruitment methods tailored to organizational needs and industry standards.
Post jobs on external platforms and monitor their effectiveness.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offers and background checks.
Screen applications and assist hiring managers in selecting qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and prepare hiring materials, including training hiring teams on best practices.
Plan and facilitate recruitment events and sessions.
Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure all pre-employment tasks are completed.
Use HR systems such as Paylocity for recruitment tracking and reporting.
Respond to inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or 1-2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in nonprofit, property management, or case management roles).
Availability to start immediately.
Experience recruiting for property management and case management positions.
Familiarity with Paylocity ATS.
Ability to work independently and manage high applicant volumes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Salary range: $26.44-$27.16/hr
