Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure partnerships with companies seeking recruitment services.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand clients' hiring needs and pain points.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles across industries.
Communicate effectively with candidates to assess fit, availability, and interest.
Relationship Management:
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to match candidates to client requirements.
Provide feedback and insights to improve sourcing and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales.
Proficiency with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (near-native fluency is a must).
Comfortable presenting and speaking with clients and candidates in a professional setting.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
