The Role:  We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment to work out of our Southfield, MI office. Your primary job function will be to assist in hiring Sales Representatives by screening inbound applicants, as well as sourcing top talent on your own by utilizing various job boards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Must be able to handle high-volume
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Agency experience is a plus

Compensation

• 50k base + bonus
