Remodel Technician

• Ideal candidate will perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs as part of constructing, remodeling, maintaining, repairing, or modifying buildings and facilities throughout Peak's portfolio.
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO WORK SITES OUTSIDE OF THE DETROIT METRO AREA ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
• Occasional overnight stays per job/project.
