Summary
Job Description:
The ISU Card Office at ISU is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of ISU Card Specialist. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of the ISU Card Office as well supporting additional duties for the Accounts Receivable Office, which requires strong technical and customer service skills.
The Job Duties Include
- Production of ISU Cards and badges for the university community, card design, card production software updates, as well as
- Managing the online photo website which includes maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills are required for walk-in traffic, telephones, and written correspondence to customer inquiries.
- The ability to counsel and provide guidance to students, employees, and affiliates.
- The ability to evaluate and make independent decisions to resolve issues and conflicts, as well as multi-task is critical.
- Process and submit ISU card billing
The ISU Card Office collaborates with many university departments regarding events including new student orientation, visiting scholars, international students, employees, and affiliates of the university. This position also trains and supervises the student staff in the office regarding office procedures and university policies
