What You'll Do:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead, manage, and coordinate the warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations, meeting customer expectations and achieving on-time, complete, and error-free business goals.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Leads, manages and coordinates the warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations, meeting customer expectations and achieving on-time, complete, and error-free business goals.
- Manages, prioritizes, and establishes order schedules to ensure timely processing and complete, accurate order fulfillment.
- Leads, manages and supports assembly, reworks, shipping and deliveries to ensure efficient processing, proper loading, and accurate delivery of all customer orders.
- Works with logistics carriers to schedule and resolve shipping or pickup issues, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Monitors and manages key performance indicators (KPIs) and process enhancements to ensure warehouse performance aligns with company goals.
- Leads inventory management by purchasing/maintaining accurate product quantities by serial number, and conducting regular physical inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Manages inventory adjustments, with implementing corrective actions, to minimize waste and ensure inventory is accurately managed.
- Leads and monitors safety compliance and adherence to OSHA standards and safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
- Leads, trains, and mentors warehouse team members to improve performance, enhance skills, and drive team development to meet operational goals.
- Manages and coordinates communication with the Sales Team and customers to resolve tracking, delivery, and product shortage issues promptly and effectively.
- Leads and manages vehicle and equipment maintenance and Vehicle GPS systems to ensure compliance with DOT regulations, optimal route planning, and sustainable operations of warehouse vehicles.
Position Requirements:
- Education: An Associates Degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field ; or a n equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 3+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment along with 2+ years of leadership experience required ; Warehouse Fulfillment, DOT, and related purchasing experience preferred.
- Certifications: Willing to obtain a Forklift Certification required .
- Functional Skills: Strong project/time management; advanced ability to multi-task and follow-up; advanced problem solver; strong forward-thinking, planning, prioritizing, and execution skills; extremely organized and strong attention to detail; able to make accurate decisions; ability to identify gaps in processes and implement improvements .
- Technology Skills: Strong technology skillset in working with online ERP systems/software's/portals; strong skillset in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Calendar .
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive approach with ability to communicate professionally, politely, and intelligently with customers and others .

Pay/ Salary : Salary based on skills and experience.

Core Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Typical Work Week: Monday to Friday
Direct Reports: 10 Warehouse Associates
Travel: Limited travel required
