Enertech Global, LLC. Founded in 1996 in Greenville, IL, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of ground source heat pumps for geothermal HVAC applications and air source heat pumps for hydronic and ducted forced-air HVAC applications. As the Warehouse Manager at our Mitchell, SD location, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with safety and customer satisfaction the primary goals. You will supervise 9 employees over 2 shifts and implement continuous improvement in warehouse organization, training employees, and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. Responsibilities

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, inventory processes, and shipping methods.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping.

• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Review and prepare procedures, work instructions, workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, and layouts that meet company standards for safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.

• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees and multiple shifts.
• Proficiency with MRP systems and warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

• Effective at written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP software.

This is an excellent career opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year. Enertech’s comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
