AVP of Client Success

JOB TITLE:

Associate Vice President (AVP) of Client Success

LOCATION:

Austin, Texas (Position based out of and reports to Austin office; may work remotely from home from anywhere in US)

DUTIES:

Utilize necessary resources to provide a premium client experience including delivery, solutions, and client farming; responsible for following organizations: Delivery resources, Delivery Excellence Group, Client Solutions, and Client farming resources; owning and operating Profit/Loss to balance investments in client growth with operating costs, while maintaining a best-in-class NPS; Build client relationships; Contribute to clients' success, including active participation at clients' strategy sessions; Manage the operating P/L with the ability to partner with finance to manage the balance of cost and investment in client growth; Build and maintain a team where client solutions, Client farming, and Delivery Leaders all work in coordination to win clients; and ensure a premium client experience and optimize the costs in the portfolio of clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or closely related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation applying knowledge of software development principles and current technologies, mobile, SaaS and design methodologies; managing subordinates and growing skills; utilizing Agile development methodologies; leading delivery consulting and client facing organizations in software outsourcing in related industry; engaging presentations and written communication with senior clients; and developing strategic sales with corporate clients.
