Clerical Technician Location Bolivar, MO :

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a front office clerk to help care for our patients in the Urology Surgical Clinic. CMH Urology Surgical Clinic provides a variety of services for patients suffering from; urinary incontinence, Erectile Dysfunction, BPH, Peyronies, kidney stone management, hematuria, management of prostate and bladder cancer, and more. We also specialize in many state of the art surgical procedures including; Urolift, Interstim, iTind, Botox, vasectomy, bladder sling, robotic assisted prostatectomy, and penile prosthetics. Our office consists of one physician, two registered nurses, one advanced practice provider, one registered medical assistant, and two front office staff.

A typical day will include: The clerk is an integral piece of the healthcare team, working closely with the physician, physician assistant, nurses, and registered medical assistant (RMA). The clerk is responsible for answering telephone and routing to appropriate person, scheduling office visits, clinic procedures, updating consents, patient insurance and demographic information, collecting clinic copays, obtaining medical records, and assisting with coordination of referrals.

The position is: Full-time Days 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Health care and Customer service experience preferred
