Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Central Support Consultant to provide remote support to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide remote support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing any system issues, bugs, or errors. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Business Central, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' operations. * Guide clients on best practices for using Business Central, including setup, configuration, and customizations. * Assist with system upgrades, patches, and maintenance, ensuring clients' environments remain current and efficient. * Deliver end-user training and create user documentation tailored to clients' specific processes and needs. * Configure and customize Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to fit client requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as developers and project managers, to identify system improvements and resolve technical roadblocks. * Assist in the integration of third-party solutions with Business Central. * Monitor client feedback and proactively recommend system optimizations or enhancements. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, clear, and effective communication and solutions. * Maintain accurate records of support issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * At least 3-5 years of experience providing support or consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. * Strong technical knowledge of Business Central functionality, configuration, and customization. * Experience with troubleshooting Business Central issues, including financial, operational, and technical aspects. * Knowledge of business processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing. * Familiarity with the integration of third-party applications into Business Central. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. * Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are a plus.
