Oversee a dedicated team of 25 staff members in an adult-only facility Provide leadership in daily operations and ensure quality care Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Foster a positive and supportive work environment Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Qualifications
