We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Growth to join our team. As the VP of Growth, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our growth marketing strategy, including demand generation, performance marketing, and marketing operations. Reporting directly to the CMO and CEO, you'll play a key role in driving lead generation, expanding our digital marketing efforts, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development: Assist in crafting a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, focusing on generating qualified leads and strengthening the sales pipeline.
Sponsor Relationship Expansion: Cultivate and grow relationships with sponsors, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives.
Digital Marketing Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our digital marketing strategy, driving qualified traffic and leads through SEO, paid social, search, and content syndication.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Work closely with leadership on strategies to enter new markets, identifying opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key teams, including Sales, Client Strategy, Product, and Product Marketing, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Technology & Vendor Management: Research, identify, and onboard new marketing technologies and vendors to optimize marketing reach and efficiency.
Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related fields, with a strong track record of executing successful marketing strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience with digital marketing tools, technologies, and performance analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
