We're seeking a strategic Director of Recruiting to join our award-winning team! In this role, you'll play a key role in fueling our growth by leading the design and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement a global talent strategy to support the company's next phase of growth. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary recruiting team across various functions. Analyze current recruiting processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions. Leverage data insights to refine processes, drive innovation, and test new recruitment strategies. Partner with leadership on strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and talent initiatives. Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. Ensure the right tools and infrastructure are in place to support a robust talent strategy. What You Bring:
12+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth companies, with previous experience in technical recruiting. 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building and developing recruiting teams. Strong understanding of recruiting processes across technical and non-technical roles. Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, with a focus on scaling processes efficiently. Strong business acumen with an understanding of how recruiting impacts organizational success.
