Join us as the Director of Recruiting and lead our talented team in attracting the best talent across technical, business, executive, and clinical roles. In this pivotal position, you will design and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that supports our growth. You'll partner with our Chief People Officer to refine our recruiting processes, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles as we continue to evolve.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Development: Create and execute a global talent strategy to align with our growth objectives. Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary and distributed recruiting team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Process Improvement: Analyze current recruiting processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, best-in-class solutions. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to enhance processes, drive innovation, and test new, creative recruiting strategies. Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for yourself and your team, focusing on achieving operational excellence. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and capacity planning. Talent Initiatives: Work closely with hiring and executive leaders to implement impactful talent initiatives that enhance our ability to attract and hire top talent. Infrastructure Support: Ensure that the right tools, systems, and infrastructure are in place to support a robust talent strategy. Qualifications: Experience: 12+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth companies, with a strong background in engineering or technical recruiting. Leadership Skills: 5+ years of leadership experience, successfully building and leading high-performing recruiting teams. Analytical Perspective: A keen ability to identify gaps in recruiting processes and implement scalable improvements. Startup Savvy: Proven success in dynamic, startup environments, able to shift between strategic leadership and hands-on execution. Recruiting Expertise: Extensive experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, with a focus on efficiently scaling processes. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how recruiting impacts organizational success and goals. Team Building: A passion for leading, motivating, and coaching teams, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Additional Information: Salary: For candidates in the NYC area, the base salary range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000 per year, with eligibility for stock options and benefits. Individual compensation decisions are based on qualifications, experience level, and skill set. Work Environment: This position requires candidates to be in-office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in the NYC metropolitan area.
