VP of Growth

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Growth to join our innovative team. In this key leadership role, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will play a vital part in shaping our growth strategy and overseeing the execution of demand generation campaigns, performance marketing, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate to develop a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aimed at conceptualizing and activating campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline. Foster and grow relationships with sponsors to expand our market presence. Drive the expansion of our digital marketing strategy by collaborating with the marketing team to optimize qualified traffic and leads through SEO, paid social, search, and content syndication. Partner with leadership to design and implement go-to-market strategies for entering new markets. Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Client Strategy, Product, and Product Marketing to gain insights into our business growth objectives. Identify and onboard new marketing technologies and vendors to enhance our marketing reach and efficiency. Who You Are:
