Electrical Design Engineer

Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Electrical Design Engineer in the Duluth GA area

This is a long term opportunity with a busy engineering firm Duties:

• Electrical designs will include power distribution, lighting and lighting controls systems, and various low voltage systems.
• Candidate experience should include some familiarity with design of power and lighting for commercial projects.
• Preparing CAD/REVIT generated construction drawings and specifications.
• Performing submittal/shop drawing reviews and production
• Meeting/webinars with clients to coordinate designs.
• Meeting with vendors to specify appropriate equipment.
• Managing and delivering revisions
• Responding to RFI's

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering / BSEE
• 3 plus years of power/lighting and/or fire alarm design for commercial projects.
• Able to handle multiple projects at the same time
• AutoCAD Proficiency
• Revit Experience is a plus
