Finance Clerk

This position performs a variety of general accounting and clerical support tasks related to the maintenance and processing of financial transactions for multiple business entities. Responsible for updating and maintaining database and records. Pay Range $16 - $20 per hour Education and Experience

• At least 2 years working in an office setting
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suites, specifically MS Excel
• Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate general knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support, such as typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping
• Responsible for daily bank deposits and other errands as needed
• Creating and providing financial reports for management and maintaining various spreadsheets
• Recording and reporting of revenues for various companies
• Responsible for ATM cash management, record keeping and reporting
• Accounts payable processing support
• Assist with End of Month preparation
• Implement and maintain office supply ordering
• Maintain a document control process for the finance department
• Attend departmental meetings as needed
• Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
