Candidates will be overseeing the night trades crew of a remodel project. They will receive a daily checklist from the superintendent and ensure all tasks on the checklist are completed. If tasks are not completed, the foreman will document the reasons in a shift report to discuss or leave for the superintendent. The foreman will not perform any physical labor on site but will ensure contractors fulfill their duties. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM, totaling 40 hours per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Utica, Michigan.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
