Front of House Team Member Responsibilities, Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Engage our guests with a servant-hearted mindset, hospitality, and care
  • Gain knowledge on all menu items and assure their quality and accuracy
  • Always go the second-mile while caring for our guests
  • Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment
  • Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
  • Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies
  • Be able to be flexible moving through different positions including, but not limited to, drive-thru service, outdoor order taking, front counter cashiering, and dining room hosting
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be able to do basic math (Giving correct change, counting bills and change in cash drawers, and giving change for larger bills)
  • Consistency and reliability
