Position: Human Resources Coordinator

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the employee experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Working closely with HR leadership, you will manage key HR operations, drive impactful communication strategies, and implement engagement initiatives that reflect the organization's mission and values.

In this role, you will oversee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle events, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will act as a trusted resource for employee relations, providing guidance, resolving issues, and using workforce data to inform decision-making.

You will develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals. Through clear and consistent messaging, you will strengthen connections across teams and levels within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Behavior, or a similar field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and/or HR software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
