Once activities are approved, the Coordinator will work through the planning and implementation of operations connected with guest services in EMPAC. As the initial point person this job offer will work with event staff in the areas of building preparation and set up, ticket sales, and guest services. Minimum Qualifications High School/Equivalent and five (5) years of related practice including guest services or event coordination or significant combination of practice, education and/or training significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - capability to execute advanced transactional financial functions. - capability to compose correspondence and reports - Excellent planning, coordination, organizational and effective time management expertise - capability to deal with problems involving multiple variables and solutions in standard and unique situations - Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, communication and organizational expertise. - Strong capability and expertise of field specific operational/administrative functions - Excellent attention to detail Preferred expertise, Skill, and Abilities -expertise of performing arts Shift Business Hours with weekends or evenings occasionally required TravelNo travel Driving No Driving Starting income/Rate Expected hiring range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials.
