Bilingual Hotline Coordinator
Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is eagerly seeking a Bilingual Hotline Coordinator for their client located in Poughkeepsie. The Hotline Coordinator will have tasks similar to a receptionist or case adjunct. You will help maintain the office operations by providing support to the employees and staff. candidates must be bilingual- fluent in Spanish! This is a hybrid in office/remote position. Hotline Coordinator General Requirements: » 2 years of call center practice »Must be comfortable working with a diverse group of youth and young adults » practice in Human Services a plus »Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel »Have case management practice » capability to lgain new programs and databases »Excellent telephone expertise »Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred What will set you apart: »Related social work practice Job tasks include but are not limited: »Answer incoming calls; receiving and relaying messages »Track all pertinent client information in approved database, and complete reports as assigned »Conduct follow-up to determine outcome and maintain records to track client results. »Maintaining office supplies and equipment »Scheduling internal appointments »Entering and updating mailing and contact lists and client information This is a full time, temp-to-hire position. Hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Additional evening and weekend hours are required for outreach and special events. Pay rate is $19 per hour.
