- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proficiency in cooking steaks to various temperatures.
- Experience working with fryers and managing multiple orders at once.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, to assist in a diverse kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
