Position Overview: As an Administrative Case Manager, you'll play a pivotal function in ensuring the seamless operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, handling administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and email correspondence. You'll be at the forefront of client interactions, providing assistance and support to residents. Your adeptness at updating files, managing cases, and following up with residents will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service. Administrative Case Manager Qualifications required »Strong organizational expertise and an eye for detail are a must. »Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic) is required to effectively manage and organize data. »Your exceptional communication expertise will shine as you interact with residents and team members. »Availcapability from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, will ensure you're at the heart of our operations. »Compensation: $18/hr Additional Administrative Case Manager General Requirements: »A recent physical examination is necessary to ensure your well-being in the workplace. »A PPD test is required to uphold a healthy environment for our team and residents.
