Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in managing records, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative functions. Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy of information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain stock.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
